DeltaV Engineer (Pharmaceutical Industry) – Job Description

• Develop and maintain DeltaV automation systems to support pharmaceutical manufacturing, ensuring compliance with industry regulations (GMP, FDA 21 CFR Part 11).
• Write, modify, and debug DeltaV control logic and batch recipes using structured text, function blocks, and sequential function charts (SFC).
• Integrate DeltaV with other systems, such as MES, SCADA, and PLCs, to streamline data exchange and enhance automation workflows.
• Troubleshoot and optimize automation processes, ensuring system reliability, minimal downtime, and continuous process improvements.
• Support validation and documentation efforts, including writing test scripts, performing IQ/OQ/PQ, and ensuring alignment with quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including process engineers, IT, and quality assurance, to develop and implement automation solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance system performance, cybersecurity, and regulatory compliance.
