What You’ll Do
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products and the conditions they address to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals.
- Build and maintain strong connections with medical providers to drive awareness and appropriate product use.
- Implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and ethical standards.
- Utilize strong communication and persuasion skills to engage with key decision-makers and promote the benefits of the product lineup.
- Plan and execute territory-based outreach, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records of interactions, and managing product samples.
- Analyze market trends and customer data to refine sales approaches and maximize business opportunities.
- Participate in company-sponsored training, meetings, and professional development initiatives.
- Leverage digital and remote communication tools, including email, phone, and virtual meetings, to supplement face-to-face interactions when necessary.
- Manage administrative responsibilities such as tracking expenses, submitting reports, and maintaining compliance with all internal policies.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree required, with preference for backgrounds in life sciences, business, or related fields.
- A minimum of four years of experience in outside sales, with a background in healthcare or life sciences being a plus.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities with a consultative, solution-driven approach.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with CRM platforms and mobile technology.
