Fund Operations Manager – Crypto (Remote)

A leading venture capital firm with a growing crypto portfolio is seeking a Fund Operations Manager to oversee and maintain its crypto-focused funds and investment vehicles. This role is crucial in supporting fundraising efforts, ensuring seamless investor relations, and building internal crypto infrastructure, including staking, custody, distributions, and audit practices.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare fund collateral and ensure investors receive the right materials per offering.
• Support fundraising efforts by providing visibility into financial offerings and assisting with investor outreach.
• Respond promptly and clearly to investor inquiries, facilitating commitments into the funds.
• Track and maintain data related to investor commitments and support a smooth onboarding experience.
• Manage ongoing fund activities, including capital calls, track records, and investor updates.
• Develop and maintain an operational framework for crypto investments across multi-asset funds and SPVs.
• Continuously improve internal workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in achieving company goals.

• 2-3 years of experience in investment, accounting, or fund administration.
• Strong understanding of staking, custody, multi-signature wallets, and crypto fund operations.
• Ability to navigate the complexities of fund management within the digital asset space.
