Vice President Role Overview As a Vice President, you will play a critical leadership role in driving business growth, shaping strategic initiatives, and mentoring talent within our firm. This role requires a strong background in market access strategy, deep industry relationships, and a proven ability to develop innovative solutions for clients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and expand client engagements in market access, pricing, reimbursement, and health economics.
Drive revenue growth by cultivating existing client relationships and developing new business opportunities.
Provide strategic leadership on projects, ensuring the highest level of quality, rigor, and client satisfaction.
Develop and execute thought leadership initiatives, including publications, conference presentations, and industry engagement.

Qualifications
10+ years of experience in market access consulting, pricing and reimbursement strategy, or health economics.
Proven track record of business development and client relationship management in the life sciences sector.
Expertise in global market access landscapes, including payer decision-making and healthcare policy.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a passion for developing talent.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with a history of thought leadership in the industry.
